• Can I measure the pH of tap water with this test strips?

  No, since it is designed for Sanistar water installations. It also cannot be used on seawater, river water, or spring water.

• What happens to the pH test strips after they are immersed in liquid?

  The test strips will dry out and become discolored. The remaining color will fade over time, so if you want to record the result of the test, please take a photo of the test along with a color sample.

• Can the pH test strips be used for liquids with high temperatures?

  No, they should only be used for liquids under 35°C.

• Can turbid liquids (liquids containing sediments) be measured?

  Put liquid only on one side of the pH test paper and check its color from the opposite side.

• Can highly viscous liquids be measured?

  Yes. Place the pH test paper in direct contact with a drop of the high-viscosity liquid and check for color changes.

• Can it be used for anything other than liquids?

  No, it cannot. The test strip must get sufficient moisture, so the presence of water is vital.
