Electrolyzed Water Disinfection

Sanistar produces a unique electrolyzed water that is slightly acidic for effective disinfection. Sterilize vegetables, fish, facilities, and tools that are in contact with them thanks to the Sanistar SS-2500.

  • Low chlorine concentration but strong bactericidal power for great disinfection. Almost colorless, tasteless, and odorless, there is no problem if you touch or swallow it.

  • Estimated usage of 10~30 tons/day. Suitable for ready-made meal factories, agricultural and marine facilities, etc.

  • Vegetables show little browning: Little effect on food quality, slowing browning while keeping original crispness.

  • Sanistart Water is gentle on the skin, creating little irritation, unlike other disinfectants.

  • Prevents the creation of mold where it's used.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Since all ingredients are food derived, do I need to rinse after application?

    Although there is no harm if residue remains, the bitterness of Shaki Shaki S will affect the taste, so we recommend rinsing with fresh water after use.

  • How many times can I use the dilution?

    The number of uses depends on several conditions so it's hard to say. We recommend the use of a 2~2.5pH dilution for a maximum of 3 days, changing the solution even before that if it goes above 2.6pH.
